Qualifications: B.Tech (CSE / IT) / MCA / BCA / Any Graduate in related field

Job Description:

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role involves creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and fostering a strong online community. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and adept at staying current with social media trends. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Skills:

1. Good understandings of analytics tools and have experience of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and SEMrush etc.
2. Have detailed knowledge and relevant experience of handling social media platforms.
3. Experience with conducting audience and buyer persona research.
4. Good understanding of social media key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
6. Excellent multitasking skills and time-management skills.
7. Team player, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
8. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Should Know about Image Copyrights.
10. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Photoshop and image editing.
11. Working knowledge of social media marketing tools such as Social Sprout, Buffer or Hoot suite.
