Do you provide maintenance services after delivery of project?

Yes, we provide free maintenance service for one month after the project is delivered. This generally includes bug fixing. Any new requirement or feature development will be chargeable and will be handled separately. We have three levels of packages for support and maintenance.
Bronze – A minimum commitment of 5 hrs in a month. The response time remains one business day.
Silver – A minimum commitment of 10 hrs in a month. The response time is 12 hours.
Gold – A minimum commitment of 20 hrs in a month. The response will be immediate.

Do you provide hosting services?

Yes, we do provide hosting services at affordable prices which comes with backup facility.

How can I be sure that the code provided by you won't be misused?

We will sign a NDA with you before starting the project. It is clearly mentioned over there that the code will be owned by you. Besides that we also sign confidentiality agreement based on existing laws with each team member working on your project to safeguard your interest.

Will you provide project time and cost estimate?

Yes, we do provide cost and time estimate.

We will ask you to prepare a initial project requirement document and share with us . After that our expert team will review the requirements and tries to understand the project dynamics. We will then communicate with you via email or call to better understand your goals so that we are on same path. Once our team is cleared about all the requirements of the project then we will prepare a proposal which will have both time and cost estimate.

Who reserve the rights of the code? Do you provide code documentation?

Our Clients will reserve the rights of the code and design. We always respect Intellectual property of our clients. Yes, we always document our code to maintain the code in better way and you will be charged for it.
